Hey everybody, I've just begun to dive into Zbrush and this is my first bust. It's is Robin Williams.

Your biggest problem is that you're jumping into lots of fine details before you have the basic shapes right. Don't worry about adding wrinkles until you have the basic structure of the face rock solid.

Also, requests for critiques should got in 3d WIPs, not here.

Learn anatomy and how the head can be constructed from planes. Your lack of planes gives a blobby result, and as meloncov mentioned, too much surface details too soon.
