How to make a fire flipbook texture?

I am learning cascade and really want to make a flipbook fire texture but I dont know where to begin... As in I cant understand how to generate such textures... If there could be a tutorial for it it would be great! All the tutorials I have found thus far only describe how to import and implement. Any help is much appreciated!

I meant an image like this

Also called Sprite Sheet..
Its like frames of animation used to animate texture instead of making a sequence you make a 2x2 or a 4x4 and so on... Games use this a lot as it reduces memory consumption... The games of old like street fighter and mario used it to animate characters and environments.
