AA issues with Vray passes

Hello

I have a problem with some pixels not matching the RGB render.
There's only 3 passes. Diffuse, RawGI and Lighting blended together in Photoshop.
It's visible after multiplying GI layer with Diffuse layer, which is the normal procedure.
This is just a practice scene, but I had some of the same issues with a "real" scene as well.

Maybe someone can explain why?
