Shape (transform) constraint?

Hi.

Anybody have a another way of doing this?

I'd imagine he's after whatever the plug-in did but with an up to date compile and/or for free?
Seems to transform a shape node by various reference frames.

Without having to use frames, conform one shape to another (or multiple shapes to one), while also transform/translate one mesh OR MORE across another (probably parent child relation), but more like this effect here:
