I guess people may bring along rubber sharks to throw at the screen. Not sure I would want to be hit by a flying rubber shark--I remember those classic Jaws rubber sharks. The rubber wasnt that soft.

But its better than throwing the hard plastic model from one of those Jaws Parker Bros. board games.

Inventing 'Sharknado': Inside Syfy's Booming B-Movie Factory

Syfy knows its audience. They like movies about sharks, snakes, and monsters. I cant tell you how many times Killer Koalas has been pitched us. At least a dozen times by different producers, Vitale says. And he says no every time. Its a cute, eucalyptus tree-eating animal. It doesnt inspire fear.

Flying snakes - you heard it here first. Sure to collect a huge buzz and a massive audience.

What's not to love about flying venomous killer reptiles?

And a philsophical question - if it's a hit, is it a B movie any more? Inquiring minds want to know!
