Load a reference image into the workspace

Can someone tell me how I can load a reference image into Zbrush so I can move it into the corner and use it as reference while I keep sculpting my model. I thought spotlight would be the answer but I can't sculpt while spotlight is on. I would also like it to stay locked to the camera view port while I orbit around my object.

Load it in spotlight, then go to

Brush>samples>spotlight projection (so as to unhighlight it)
