Congrats!

Nice work! How much is modified mo-cap and how much is key-framed?

I think you have done a real good job at getting the impact of your animations to feel powerful and smooth at the same time.

However I think your actual demo reel lacks the fineness that your animations carry. The break downs of your animation and the GIF's that you provided are more entertaining that your actual demo real, IMO. I think if you choose softer music or music that you might find in one of those games, to use as a back drop to your awesome animations, you would easily be improving your demo reel.

Lastly the lighting in your Reel is also lacking compared to your animations. I know that your an animator and lighting is not something that we perfect, but again, i think it would improve your demo reel if you had a set lighting style for your full Reel instead of different set ups for different shots.

Over all, I think your animations are professional, but the Reel it's self is Junior. I don't say this in a demeaning way, I am just giving you my opinion of what I might say if you were to be applying at a studio.

Keep up the excellent work!
