Dynamic rolling ball, rotation problem

Hello, i have one problem with my dynamic rolling ball, that i just cant figure out..
So i have the ball riding a track, but instead of rotating upside/down, he just keeps spinning into left and right sides..

So i want it to rotate upside/down, like a normal ball in real life would act, if its launched correctly, and not look like this kinda failed push, when it just rotates sides. So any ideas how to do it? While still keeping it dynamic? (i tried aligning it around spline with xpresso setup, it kinda works then, and i have control of my axis rotation, but then i cant break my object, that it has to brake at the end). Also for launching it i use hidden static block that hits that ball at the right time and launches it into the track.

You might be over complicating your set up.

Sphere + dyn tag
Helix sweep + dyn collision tag
= normal rolling of sphere for my file

Adjusting parameters will fine tune the motion.

It has several ball rolling sequences, including one at the beginning that should be helpfull to you

Ok, thank you guys for help! The problem is that my track is not just going down, like helix, its going down and then up, so i need to accelerate my ball, so it would climb up and so. Anyways Srek's scene should help me
