Get constraint child node? [python]

Is there an easy way to get the child connection of a constraint node? I can get the target list (parents) using:

Code:
from maya import cmds cmds.parentConstraint("locator1_parentConstraint1", q=True, weightAliasList=True)

This works for me with PyMel, but it's a bit messy...

Code:
from pymel.core import * pCon=PyNode("locator1_parentConstraint1") childNode=[con.split(".")[0] for con in pCon.connections(d=True, p=True) if con.type()=='matrix' and str(con).count("parentInverseMatrix")]

Is there a child equivalent to weightAliasList?
