Can't save *blend files here I want to

Hi everybody,

I just have installed blender 2.66 on my pc. It is a 3 GHz Quatcore, with Windows 7.
Everything runs good as usual. I only can't save blend - files where I want to. Saving in the tmp - file works. Saving on other adresses brings an error as you see on the attachment. This also happend with version 266a 32 and 64 bit . After some hours of tests I don't have any solution any more. Maybe someone can help?

You don't have permission to write in that directory. This is not Blender related but is something that Windows determines. Best thing to do is make a project folder outside of the Program Files directory and save your work there. Or you could start Blender in Administrator mode so you will have the correct rights to write to the directory.

What kind of change was made to Blender since the 2.65 version? I had to change admin permission to Blender to make it run correctly, I still run it in admin mode... Didn't use to though so I assume the change was in Blender and not Windows?
