raytracing is possible in blender now at the cvs. this will make it a lot quicker to render than in yafray, and still look almost as good.

thought it cant do rafractions only reflections and shadows, but im sure rafractions arnt far off

Many exiting things are happening all together in just one month:
  1. Yafray integration into Blender
  2. Raytracing inside Blender
  3. Nurbana source-code been donated to Blender
  4. TOPIXCLOTH was ported from Sofimage to Blender
  5. Flocking, the group behavior simulator, was just updated for the new Blender 2.30

With all this changes is happyly hard to keep up with the new features.

Bevel script
City Block generator turning into Beast for buildings, hair, fur and
feathers
tesselate script
