Tutorials on baking quality normal maps for games?

Hello, I'm looking for tutorials (paid or not) for making good-quality normal maps from hi-res to low-poly. i get lots of artifacts, and I need to understand it better.

http://eat3d.com/character_lowres Is great for that kind of thing. What Software are you using? I would also reccomend looking around at Digital tutors, Gnomonworkshop, as well as Eat 3D if you need something software specific. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I'm using zbrush and 3ds max, plus topogun.
