Premiere pro pixel astect importing avi?

Hi there
I'm hoping some can help me because i don't know any thing about animation aspec ratio's.

I am making a movie in maya with a pixel aspect of "full 1024", which turns out to be 1024 768 px when editing in photoshop. Then i import the frames into After effects and make a avi of 1024 768. Then import the avi into premire pro.

What setting aspect ratio do i input at the beginning in the new project page settings? There are so many to choose from. The ones i have tried so far after importing the avi are either to wide or just the wrong size to fit the avi clip.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

1024*768 would be 16:9 widescreen PAL with square pixels.

I'd rather import the file sequence directly.
