SciFi Marine, Jonas Nöll (3D)

Title: SciFi Marine
Name: Jonas Nöll
Country: China
Software: 3ds max, Maya, Mudbox, Photoshop, VRay, ZBrush

This is an personal project of myself. I created the whole model from scratch by myself. The marine is fully rigged in Autodesk Maya with a functional rig to ensure realistic animation. The idea behind this project is to go through the entire character creation pipeline from start to finish and to touch everything by myself completely from scratch. It is rendered in 3ds Max with VRay.

You can find more information or HighRes pictures on my WEBSITE or directly HERE.

Lovely work, the model and materials are very nicely done! I like the choice of background as well, neutral yet it has definition and depth

I think the model is fantastic, and the first thing it reminds me of killzone

Hey Jonas!!! good to see your work here.
yep this character would fit perfectly in kill zone I absolutely love the background, ribbons and vest texture.
the model is very well polished overall, am trying to see if there is anything that can be improved and can't come up with one so far maybe if you render it for an animation later if you can make him look straight into the camera with his evil eyes it could give an interesting effect
anyway man good luck with everything and keep in touch.

It would be really interesting to see the character scratches you did at the beginning of the work pipeline
