Schools Vs Experience In Cg World?

hey everyone im asking this question because im in the film industry, ive had alot of jobs where Ive felt that idid have the school requirements to get jobs.
they always tell me can u do the work?
I would show my work and I would get jobs, in the 3d world is it the same?
As in does work over way not going to school?

Please try and work on your spelling and grammar. I'm honestly not even entirely sure what you're asking.

But to answer what I think you're asking, the quality of your work is far, far more important than whether you've completed a degree, unless you're applying overseas (in which case you'll likely need a degree to immigrate).

Yeah, I'm not entirely understanding the first post either. I'm assuming English isn't the OP's main language though.
