Thanks for the info!

Again, a very interesting read! Lately, I've felt myself more wanting to be a generalist than specializing in one specific skill. By reasoning being mostly that, should there be someone better than me in that skill I've got nothing else to offer, which is scary to me. I am a Junior in college, and won't be too long before I have to find an entry level job myself.

What's the best advice to being a generalist? Is it still in 2015 a viable thing and are there any tips you generalists out there wish someone gave you about the little things? Certain skills that you never thought were crucial but turned out very useful in placing at a job?
