Im really new to 3d software, I made a building using a square then extrude inner extrude and knife. after that I followed how to outline polygons to get the texture to photoshop but for some reason it makes weird lines can some tell me whats wrong?
also the lines are not shown as polygons they only show after i do the outline

Those are N-gon lines. They show up because the N-gons are triangulated on the UV map. I personally never use N-gons so I'm not sure how you would go about getting rid of them on your UV map. However, I am almost 100% sure you shouldn't worry too much about them in this case. In photoshop, simply ignore them and paint as if they don't exist as they form part of the N-gon in which they are located and would be scaled perportionately with the N-gon.
