Photorealistic Suede ? ( 3ds Max / Vray )

Hello everyone, how i could achieve a photorealistic suede shader ( for close shots ) such as this one :
I know the basics of fallof etc, the problem is that i can't make it look like actual suede, some people suggested to use ForestPack for the hair, but there's another problem, i don't know what shapes to model for it, it's so random and hard to inspect. I've tried VrayFur and some displacements with noise but for some reason the outline looks bad and in some lighting setups or even hdri's it looks very terrible no matter what shader i put on like there's extremely dark spots which supposed to be bright ( not a "normal" issue imo ), but the RUG preset from ForestPack on a small scale looks pretty close to Suede ).

I'm also pretty new to ForestPack and wonder how i should make some areas to rotate into different direction to get the suede look ( Noise maps i guess ) or ForestPack itself is capable of randomizing in the suede type pattern ?

Another issue is that my PC is pretty crappy ( 2nd gen i5-2320, 16GB RAM, AMD GPU so no proper RT ), so i wont be able to handle more complex ways of doing it.

Try google.
It is faster than waiting for somebody to google it for you.
