Unhappy Need help for nCloth simulation - Denting Object

hi, im trying to simulate a Car Crash, how to dent objects using ncloth ?

Start with the "can" preset in nCloth and booyaah!

thank you aikiman for the help. Now i need help on how to animate the ncloth object, im parenting the ncloth obj with with non-ncloth obj but it's not working, please giver me some advice..thank you

Thats a good point. Try this workflow instead although it may not be correct but it seems to work. Instead of parent constraining the nCloth shape, parent it instead to the input mesh (the original mesh shape before it became nCloth). Then use inputMesh attract to keep the nCloth with the parented mesh. Then you'll need to keyframe inputMesh off so that you get impact deformations.
