hair dynamic flipping when character turnaround for 180 degrees

Hello, I parent consttran hair dynamic which is in this case binded with skeletons ball protector of rome character.

It works pretty well but when character turn around for 180 degress, it flipped for some case.

I tryed extra parent constran every thing, like dynamic curve but it doesnt work.

I used rivet script (locator) which is parent to dynamic curve to popped it on character, to follow it.

any suggestion?

thanks

your hair dynamic is affecting bones, bones are subject to gimbal lock.

dont use bones for the hair driven geometry, use wire deformers.

in your example, using hair is actually a bad idea in the first place,

make an ncloth plane and then use wrap deformer to drive the fabric.

thank you very much!

maybe do you know how to bind it with ball protector mesh, with the curve?

again, dont use curves to drive that garment,

use a finely subdivided plane, with ncloth, paint input mesh attract to the top part of the cloth, then you can use wrap deformer to drive the actual geometry, along with all the spheres.

you can also use hair follicles to "rivet" individual objects to cloth solvers.

your initial idea of using hair and joint chains is not optimal.
