Post 3dsmax Saving bones animation

Hi~

i want to use different model but same animantion

and i add some bones that link to my biped, when i export the .BIP

and load the .BIP from another model

the biped animation works well but added bones does'nt works

is there any way that i can save out the bones animation and give it to another model use?

You can use the Save Animation feature, which will save animation tracks of traditional Max bones and other objects. Don't use Save Animation for CAT or Biped bones. I haven't used Biped in many years, but you should be able to save out your .bip file, and save out an .xaf file using Save Animation, and then load those two files onto your new character.
