mip_cameramap and image sequences

The mentalray texture doesnt seem to have any controls for this, but is it possible to use an image sequence with the mip_cameramap production shader?

Usually you can substitute a Maya File node instead but have to create it manually. Try that and see if it works.

Hi Bitter, yes that worked! Silly me for not even giving it a try, I assumed the mental ray nodes had to stay... well mental ray lol. Thanks!!

Maya shaders are mental ray shaders under the hood.

Just have to keep in mind some haven't been designed for some newer shaders. So experimentation is key until some legacy options go by the wayside.
