Thank u for your reply.
I'll check the fingers thing, about NURBS, it's the only CAD modeling way i know and i'm gonna keep on it since it's so suitable for my state of mind.

Really like this scene and the shader you chose for Homer is great (could try a version with slight subsurface scattering also) and the realistic environment adds to the greatness, but agree about the fingers as well, at the moment they look like a tool attachment. The nipple area I think should be less pronounced (I know you had covered this already but that's more of a creative choice really).

You've taken a tough challenge in bringing a 2D character into three dimensions so that is something to keep in mind, and I really like what I see so far.

@ Artdigital
Thank u very much for your words and feedback.
About the fingers, it's a difficult area for me due to the lack of references. I mean, watching at them in 2D they don'y give me any input about their true shape. I'll see what i can do to improve this part anyway.

This is the final product. I've refined the fingers, added some details and stuff.
Thanks for watching.

Ok guys, this project is finished and i'll not back on it anymore. It gave me important texturing and compositing basis which i'll improve and will apply on the next projects. To switch from automotive to something else hasn't been simple for me. A new serie of problems born outside the pure automotive field...and i'm gonna solve them.
In the next project i'd like to create a scene with a running cyber cheetah, inspired by the amazing cyber style stuff on this site. Also, i'll try to give the scene a Blade Runner mood.
Do wish me good luck...
