Split Personality, Barringer Fox Wingard III (2D)

Title: Split Personality
Name: Barringer Fox Wingard III
Country: USA
Software:

I am a big Marvel fan and Rogue was always one of my favorites. I wanted to show her exhibiting multiple powers at the same time, to show what she could do if pushed. Here is a painting from around 2 years ago. I always liked it, so I thought I would share. Hope you like.

Originally pencil on paper, then painted in PS.

Cheers

Very good!

Only crit is that the ends of her hair seem to be too much like cloth in terms of texture. It looks natural at the growth areas and then it becomes waxy and solid and angular at the ends.

Otherwise it looks great!

P.S.: Rogue is also a fave of mine, but I only really liked the Jim Lee version.

Rogue would not get adamantium blades by absorbing Wolverine. As a fan, you'd know this.

Thanks for the front page and the nice comments.

-I agree about the hair. I was attempting to make it a bit stylized but...yeah.

-seguefy- As a fan...you should know that she could be using any number of other mutants powers to make the blades appear adamantium. Mystique's power could make them appear metal. Colossus' power could be used to coat the bone claws in metal. I am sure that there are many other examples that I am not thinking of as well. Thanks for taking interest.

Cheers
