CAT Commands .... how to find?

Hello all, I have (what I think might be) a simple question about finding CAT commands. I am not a good scripter at all, and I know this, but I can usually hack something together that works. However with CAT I am having a tough time because the listener window doesn't record any CAT commands that I can find/see.

I am looking for the command for the "Match IK and FK" button. I would appreciate the command itself, but even moreso how to find it within max.

Essentially there is a bug with this function for a while now, so the animators have been using next key + this command for like 150 frames at a time. This is laborious and ugly, so I wanted to make them a script to make their lives easier, but this command seems to be elusive.

Thanks to anyone that can help.

AJ

Yeah thats... not at all helpful. I found that, but it doesn't mention that name of that button and it's written for programmers. Thanks though.
