Human IK stepped keys

Auxiliary effectors and the hip control do not work with stepped keys.

Much like the old biped method in max you have to duplicate the keys in the timeline to get the correct result. The graph editor will show flat stepped tangents but the motion is linear between the keys for these controllers.

if anyone has a more workflow friendly solution please post.

Set default HIK curves to euler - not quat - in the preferences. Quaternions can't be stepped.
