Two view's

I would like to know how to have two different views of the same project. For example if you were making detailed brush or erase strokes you can have another view of the same project blown up 300 percent while you were working in actual size confusing I know but it can be done just dont remember how.

Just to add small tip: after you created New Window for '(document name)', tile them and 'match zoom and location'. Now: if you hold shift ans space bar you can pan both windows at the same time.
