Aperture Laboratories Turret Model (Portal 1)

Hello everyone,

Below are a few shots of the Aperature Laboratories turret, from Portal, that I have been working on. Would like critiques on the modeling aspect. Anything is appreciated.

Thanks!

Here was my main reference I used for the model.

Thanks everyone! I will work on adding more detail, and my plans are to texture and rig the turret. I am currently unwrapping the turret in Maya. I will keep everyone posted with updates.

Thanks Again!

Hi,

Looks really good. Only thing I would add is a pupil to the eye (or make the one you have a lot darker)

(see below).

This will give it some personality.

Other than that, looks great (I've got one of these sitting next to me on my desk).

Jon.

Here are a few new renders. Fixed the pupil, and added more bump. Any critiques are welcome.
