Smile [Graduation] How to use C4D/AE PlugIn to make the Multi-text be a dolphin animation?

How to use C4D/AE PlugIn to make the Multi-text be a dolphin animation?
[Graduation]Hello Guys! How to use C4D/AE PlugIn to make "Multi-text" into the ocean&bending, and then the "Multi-text" become a dolphin?

Hi Guys! Does anyones know How to use After Effect Or C4D,
Let the Multi-text have wavy shape and Kept the same as the film loop .
(*text have 3D bending wavesjust like the video)
In the Looping wave Last will be "spread/combination"
And Become a swimming dolphin shape text,
Finally jump into the ocean become a aquatic plants .

This Video is just a material , I do not know how to make it.
Videos :

* If I want to make the Dolphins & ocean more look like 3D not look like a mask,
What would be more distorting effects like 3D can be used?

* Do I really need to used cinema 4d to make a dolphin model animation t & Change/Combine IN TO AE?
If I want the text of dolphins body have a good look 3D bending.
Ot;s Necessarily need to use cinema 4d to do and than combine in the AE?

The problem is AE seem like does not have those PLUGIN?
I have tried to use the "FORM" or "PLEXU",
But the "FORM" or "PLEXU" text would not distort the test,
Like his problem,

Does there have any plug-in to make the text become a dolphin or a bird?
I remember AE Plugin ELEMENT3D have a similar function?
Is there a similar text composition / deformation teaching about AE/C4D?

This is my graduate work in which a large part thanks for help !
