Error message when Archiving scene with reference files.

I have created a .ma scene and all my assets are referenced, I have also used the Camera Sequencer to create a sequence. When I try to Archive my scene I get the following error message:

# Error: line 0: RuntimeError: file C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2013\Python\lib\site-packages\maya\app\general\zipScene.py line 71: Reference node 'Train_on_TracksRN1' is not associated with a reference file. #

I ran a Optimize Scene to try and clean all extraneous nodes yet I still get this error. I have also tried searching for the 'Train_on_TracksRN1' I can't seem to locate it anywhere.

Can anyone suggest how I could trouble shoot this problem so I can archive my scene?
