Unhappy How to convert low poly models to high poly?

Hello Cg artists ,
I recently ripped a model from a wii game using 3d ripper dx from dolphin emulator,
here's how it looked:



as you can see its of a very low quality :



Am using 3ds max,can someone tell me how to make it a high quality model or provide any tutorials?

If by high quality you mean getting rid of the faceted look, then you need to assign smoothing groups, just throw on a smooth modifier on top and set the groups to 1, you can then set different groups to certain areas to improve the shading.

If you want a cinematic quality model then you'll need to read tutorials and practice for a few years.

Can you provide me with the tutorials or tell me what tutorials I am supposed to search for
