What a cool entry - I wish I've found it earlier! I really like the composition, just like someeone mentioned it's very much like Breugel or some other painting from that time. Really, really good work and good luck for the voting. You got mine allright!

Thumbs up Thanks again! Much abliged!!

Thank you again for you kind words:

Virtuoso- Hey Michael Madic, whenever I hear your name it reminds me of Magiver for some reason? ;P That guy that can make an explosive out of tin foil, a rubber duck, and dental flaus.. Anyhow this was another fun challenge. I cant help imagine how many views your thread got. I especially liked the idea of the 3d Dali. Not a bad comment is it. Your work seems to keep getting better every challenge and your imagination is wild which I think everyone loves. So I hope to see you around next challenge as you cant have em without a virtuoso. See you then..

taavi - Hey thanks bunches!! What a great comment to say about the piece. Im speechless. :P

adel3d - Hey thanks tons! After your last post I new I needed tons more detail and things going on after I came across your thread. Your work is wonderful too! Hope to see you around next challenge as well!!

jarvetu - Hey thanks tons!! I hope I make it through the first round..... Crossing my fingers!!!

ago-stino - Hey thanks again, thanks is a common word used in this forum, so how about Gratci? Dont know if I spelt that one right, Ciao! ;P Im californian, though going to Itally in the summer for the Florence Academy of Art oil Painting summer course.. Ide be around your neck of the woods. Cheers to that!.

Gunilla - Hey there! Gratci! eh.. Im glad I managed to capture a painting feel to it, not necessarilly the color tone or forms being displayed, but the overal posture and ideas. Thanks for the vote!!

Thanks again to everyone who stopped in to say hi...

I am happy that I was selected. But I have to say that there were so many great artists that couldn't get the result they expected although they deserved it .Also it was so likely that those who got the award couldn't be successful at all;I mean it is a matter of taste and other factors. Therefore,we shouldn't take much pride in our acheivements nor be dissappointed with the result.See you all in other challenges and good luck!.

!!!

It was a great challenge. That is the whole point now isnt it, to challenge ones own abilities. Thanks adel for the words as they have a lot of truth and meaning with it. This is the second challenge I participated in that I was not recognized through the first round by the community. I suppose you need to be advidelly at your computer with updates to really get past that first round or be known. It would be nice to bypass the first round all together and have the judges vote out of the whole bunch as there were tons of great entries that did not get seen. That ofcourse is a matter of opinion and will not stop me from spending what extra time I have to challenge my own abilities to produce great work. I sometimes wish I could devote 3 months on a piece to see what I can really do. None the less it was fun following some of the works as there were lots of great entries this time around. I hope to continue to join these challenges in the future and test my own ablities to create great art. With that said Ill see you all soon, and hope to join in the festivities of a new challenge.
