Dynamic mesh settings are separate from the cached ones, you'll have to copy the settings from the dynamic to the cached, don't know if there is a way to link them.

just save as MySuperSettings...switch to Cache Mesh, load MySuperSettings...too easy

there's only a couple icons there...you can work them out...

So I have to set my dynamic settings, save them as a preset, then switch to cache mesh, then load the preset?

That sounds like a weird and frankly, not "too easy" (as you said) to spot redundancy that's required to simply apply the setting I want.

yes...I think it's easy...while definitely not perfect...it's like, come on...a tiny problem to solve...
