Help! export my fully skinned character from maya 2014 to maya 2010

i'm learning rigging on maya 2014. for some reason i couldn't run the Michael Comet's poseDeformer on it. but it works well on the maya 2010 version. so, i need to export the character i'm rigging (fully skinned) to maya 2010. Help! Help! Help!
