FXWARS Challenge:36 -SEVEN TOWERS - Cyberone (Simon bull)

My WIP thread for this challange

looking at doing the either:
BOREAS - Ice Glacier Lake,
or
PSAMATHE - Sand Desert,

probably a mix of enviro/matte/fx. maybe live action if I get time to shoot something.

I started some tests with some snow flurries this morning. fun

Been very busy but had time to make a quick test render this morning.

Dont know if Ill have enough free time to finish but ill see how I go.

a quick test render of the the Env that I have put together.
no tower and no effects yet....

My final entry:

Mountains and their shader were 100% procedural. basically made from flat planes then displaced from layered 2d textures (noise etc..) and procedurally textured with snow and rock.

volumetric clouds and fog.

particle snow flurries.
