Oriental DreamWorks -- Digital Operations Coordinator needed
The DigOps Coordinator will support Head of Technology Operations, Digital Operations Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Systems Engineers, Digital Operations Group and Technology Production Management as needed. They will coordinate activities within the Digital Operations department through organization, multi-tasking and follow-up.
Assist the Director of Digital Operations in day-to-day administrative duties.
Schedule appointments for supervisor as requested, and arrange travel schedules and reservations for IT personnel.
Production Communication: Responsible for identifying and communicating technology issues that are critical to the studio, including unscheduled downtime, network/rendering/disk space issues, etc. Communication is relayed through global email and voicemail, when appropriate.
Answer department telephone and provide basic information to callersóroute support requests to available IT personnel.
Read and route incoming IT incident requests.
Help manage IT inventory and maintain documentation for accurate CapEx (capital expenditures) fulfillment.
Assist with keeping the IT areas organized and clean.
Assist with disseminating information and improving departmental communication.
Edit, compose and type routine correspondence with good proofreading skills.
Assist with internal customer satisfaction surveys and timely escalation and remediation of negative feedback.
Assist with branch training equipment needs in conference rooms.
Assist with proper coding of expense reports.
Record minutes of staff meetings as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Computer literate is must, at least Bachelor degree of computer science or equivalent, possessing a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Has IT support related working experience is plus.
Ability to type 55 words per minute.
Desire and ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
English language proficiency.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
