GoZ workflow with PhotoShop?

Are there any tutorials out there showing the workflow between GoZ and Photoshop?

I have managed to get my Zbrush model into Photoshop. How do I export it back to Zbrush? I can't see any GoZ buttons, so how do I get it back into Zbrush?

Also can someone give me a brief explanation on how I can 3D paint in Photoshop, I have never used the 3D capabilities in photoshop before.

Thanks in advance.
