Sweep nurbs on cloned splines? (see image)

Sorry, I post a lot of questions recently.

look at this scene;

I try to give thickness to those cloned splines. So far I have been unable to make it work... any idea how to do that?

Drop the cloner into a connect object. Pull the random effector out of the mix.

Damn, thanks for pointing me to the connect object. Look really powerful. I dropped the cloner null into the connect object and it work perfectly. However if I put out the random effector from the tree, I lose the wavy motion.

Now googling for Connect Object tutorials!!

EDIT: I notice that when I animate the End Growth of the Sweep Nurbs, it does all the lines 1 after 1. Not really what I was looking for. Is there a way to animate the growth on all the lines at the same time?

Try this file.

Offsetting the growth of the mosplines via the offset effector. There are other ways to do this too.
