To make them separate objects, select all polys on one side
and use the python script "Perfect Split".
You can also copy/paste the entire group into a new file ...
select all points/polys and delete half ... gp back to first
file and delete other half ... then copy/paste second file
Perfect Split does the same but faster

Thanks for reply.
selecting each polygon and perfect split seems long course and there are mistake chances...!!!
Delete, copy paste as new object.... I dont think we are living in 90's.
There is no any plugin or any other option to make symmetry as another object......????
May be Cinversity make additions in CV Tools....!!!

I would say
You have your Object inside your Symmetry Object....
Copy the Child Object (the original object which is in your Symmetry Object) Now you have part 1.
Than in the Atrtibutes Manager of your Symmetry Object > Flip
Than disable the Symmetry Object and copy the "new"original object which is in your Symmetry Object. Now you have also part 2.
