Regarding R9 THREADS

I thought it was okay to take this thread down when CGTalk updated but it doesn't seem like that was a smart idea, as we are already being plaqued by the same types of threads since it went down.

A few comments about the now more and more common R9 threads.

come one guys relax be patient stop with the r9 questions, anyone on the "inside" can't say anything, NDA stands for NON (as in no) DISCLOSURE (as is telling or sharing information) AGREEMENT (as in contract signed in blood) Basically They tell you they lose the house jobs and family, maxons courteous enough to leave the halve empty jar of mustard.

You put them on the spot everytime future version of any of the apps and modules id brought up, and these guys are doing YOU a service, sure they get to play with things first, they also get to spend hours recreating crashes so they can explain what the problem is, and debating workflow to make sure maxons providing you guys with the best product available.

Be happy with what you got for now, have confidence in maxon to listen, and just discuss the technologies themselves rather then whether maxon wil get it for version X, maxon will let you know when the time comes.

That said, R9 discussion threads will be allowed of course, your free to discuss things freely, when things get into heated debates the threads may be closed or even removed especially if it turns into software wars, and ANY, i repeat ANY asking for those with inside info to share will be closed. Please be considerate of those that help maxon help you, and please do be patient about such stuff, maybe spend more time suggesting your wishlists to maxon using the suggestion web page on their site. (we already did a huge one here for R9 and a lot of those from that list made it into 8.1, .2, and .5

Many thanks in Advance From the CGtalk C4D mods.
