Geometry tracking like

Hello! Please explain how to do things like this:

Ok, I understand they have shot actors from several cameras with points on their costumes. In pftrack, where I work, I can make mocap solving of those points, but what next? How to get this geometry so exactly matching actor`s bodies? What softwear do they use for it?

The actress is shown from a single camera. Did they use only one camera here? There is no marker costume like in the previous video, how did they get so accurate geometry movement?
