Physical Renderer: Fast Preview. What am I missing?

Okay, so I opened the Grapes scene from the Content browser. Turned off the Global Illumination, and hit render. I was just amazed that by 2 or 3 seconds, I can see the preview.

So, I tried to replicate this scenario. Copied the whole asset but to a new scene file. In addition, I made the render settings exactly as the original grapes scene (i.e. Progressive at Pass Count etc). But I was just disappointed that it does not render as fast as the original scene.

Also, the grapes scenes, when it loads, at the bottom it says "Fast Preview Pass" or something like that. How do I enabled that? What am I missing here?

For reference, please see video

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Yes, both the scenes have quick preview enabled with a Quick Preview mode in a Progressive Mode enabled in the video.

Reduced the loading time from 30 seconds to 8 to 9 seconds. I just had to cache the dynamics. At least that's one variable away, but still not far from the 2 to 3 seconds show time of the original scene. Any other thoughts.

Change Physical>Sampler to Progressive in Basic tab and Advanced>Quick Preview to All Modes under the Advanced tab.

Cross-posted on Reddit as OP asked same question there as well:
