Creating highly realistic fabric texture

I watched the micromesh tutorial on the zbrush website but how do I create my very own fabric texture? Or is there a better way? I'm looking for something like this:

^I want a render at this sort of detail (that too is a render) but just a different kind of pattern/weave. For a shirt I sculpted. I thought maybe micromesh could get something similar?

Oh thank you, I can use the zbrush tutorials on a more detailed tutorial on noisemaker. What was that uv editing? I've never seen it used before in zbrush.

i think the UV thing was to reshape it so its more recognizable by the shape.
in other words > here is the shape of the front part of the shirt and here is the shape of the back part of the shirt, when you unwrap UV it may not be recognizable, so you reshape so you can see what the front of the shirt may look like and the back

Oh I knew what it was doing but I mean how did he do it in zbrush - like what buttons did he press to open that up? I've done it in 3dsMax/Blender before.
