Is there a way to copy keys in the curve editor just by selecting them and then, using maybe a key, drag and drop a the frame we need

thanks

Not sure about the curve editor I think it's not possible, but you can do it in the dopesheet. Select the keyframes by dragging the white border that sorrounds them while you click. When you have them all selected use edit/cut keys ( or copy keys if it is what you need) then click in wichever frame you want them pasted ( in the dopesheet ) and use edit/paste keys they will be pasted in that frame number. You can also use the left mouse button to drag the selecting white border ( don't know how to name it, ) and place it somewhere else in the dopesheet timeline, or you can middle click to move the keyframes inside that selection box to other place in the timeline.

PS besides the edit/cut, edit/copy, and edit/paste commands you have shortcuts for those in the top right side of the dopesheet

Hope this helps...
