Confused: Point/Orient Constrain in Maya

Hi, i see they are the same ... so why should we just use Point or Orient Constrain only ? Can anyone explain this to me ?

point constrain constrains objects transformation while orient constrain constrains objects orientation. If you still feel cofusing go through maya's documentation. There is a good illustration.

I realize that But I think you'll find that if you actually try them both out rather than just look at the interfaces that they do different things.
