Exclamation

I tested the "Mental Ray" page, and found that displace subdivision options looks and work differently.

Thanks listy, I think that's fixed now... the spinner wasn't using world-units. Let me know if that wasn't the problem.

Dave, thank you for this great tool!

Couple of questions though.

1. Is it possible to have the dialog remember it's last position and reopen in that location each time?

2. It's a bit difficult to recognize which tab at the top is the current tab. Is it possible to have the non-current tabs grayed out or something so the current is more recognizable?

3. The XYZ Pos slots seem to be using the X value for each slot.

Thanks again!

Thanks Mike,

Fixed that bug
Added a remember position of dialog parameter (only per session I'm afraid, but should stick with the max file too)
And I've made the buttons at the top checkbuttons so you can see the difference.

Thanks for the feedback!

Dave

Dave,

Excellent! Far easier to tell which tab is active. And very handy to have it reopen where last put.

Thanks very much!

If you always wanted it to open in a specific place then you should be able to open a fresh new max scene, load the tool, position it where you like, save this as maxstart.max and it'll always open in that position.
