Oglu, any last suggestion? Thanks for all your replies.
Is these problem because of my uvs, because of my model or something in the dismap settings?
So i know where to look. THANKS!

to test your dispmap do the following...
import your low mesh from max...
subdivide it a view times in mudbox...
go to the maps menue and do a sculpt using dispmap...
if your model looks like it should the map is good and you need to tweak settings in max...
