error. . nhair passthourh collode object

i have a brush wih nhair collide with the blue collode mesh when i play the animation
the hair really collode with the mesh and get some deformation but
some hairs still pass thourgh the mesh

could someone please help me which attrubue could prevent this error
i have try the bounce. friction ..damp .enen the collode mesh's tessellaion factor set up high to .they just change the overall dynimic movenent but the hairs still pass throuh the blue mesh (red area)

need help .

Make sure the hair has edge collisions and the mesh surface collisions. Check the collision thickness to make sure it is not too small. Don't use start curve attract, but instead bend stiffness on the hair. Make sure it is not in collision at the start frame. Increase substeps if there are still problems.
