Spline Tangent Handles in Character Studio

I haven't been able to find a way to have interactive tangent control handles show up for keyframes in Character studio in the Curve Editor and/or Workbench. The documentation says you can edit control points interactively with tangent handles but the closest I've got was typing in numbers for Tension, Control, and Bias after right clicking on a key inside the Workbench and/or Curve Editor or by also typing values using "TCB" under "Key Info".

Would anyone know how to get the handles to show up in CS as they do when using the Curve Editor to adjust an object's keyframe in Max?

Thanks!
