I think your large render looks a little sharp, and could maybe use an ever so slight blur to soften things up. The small high contrast details are taking away from the overall shape and composition.
Could you detail your lighting rig and composition layers a little? I think your lighting is betraying your excellent modelling and texturing work, and could use some adjusting.

I like it, it has a very organic feel to it.
There are just a few too bright items in the darker areas I would tone down. right now they seem to be pulling the focus too much. The white arc shape on the left, the clock on the upper right, the neon lamp hanging down from the ceiling as well as some on of the papers on the ground even though they are in sun light.
Are you going to put a story point into the image as well or is it just the room by itself?
